How many nominations can be applied by single enterprise or individuals?
- Enterprises or Entrepreneurs or Representatives of the companies can apply for multiple nominations in specific awards category, as per their interest, credentials and credibility of the company.
How to obtain Nomination Form?
- The nomination form/s can be obtained by sending request on the Company Letter Head or by sending an email request from the company’s official e-mail id for seeking nomination form/s for specific category or categories.

- The relevant information should be submitted in the prescribed form along with appropriate supporting documents and photographs, brief power point presentation in 10 slides, short film & details of other awards and recognitions with copy of certificates & photograph of the trophy. The applicant must submit the covering letter on the company letter head, as an annexure along with other documents).
